One JBR is a 46-storey tower located in Jumeirah Beach Residence in the Dubai Marina district. This complex offers luxury apartments of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms and penthouses with large panoramic windows and spacious balconies. All apartments are equipped with modern technology and first-class amenities. Recreational residents have their own access to the beach. The apartments also have a private “sky garden” area where residents have spectacular views of the Ain Dubai Ferris Wheel, the Gulf and Palm Jumeirah.

Throughout the complete project stages NWS International worked closely with Edge Design and the client, to provide cost consultancy support from the initial design stage, through the construction stage and to the final account.
