Norval Wentzel Steinberg Quantity Surveyors was established in South Africa in January 1982 and the Dubai office, NWS International was established in April 2005. The firm as a whole is and has been primarily involved in the commercial sector of the property industry, in particular shopping centres, office developments, sporting facilities, hotels, residential developments and factories. Personal service is a cornerstone of NWS International’s success and the firm regards itself as an integral part of the client’s team, offering innovative ideas, informed guidance and honest advice.
Our Team
Built on teamwork and collaboration the team are highly qualified, have combined decades of experience and knowledgeable and importantly enjoy their profession. The same teamwork ethos is also a fundamental principal we adopt. The management and leadership remain actively involved in the firm, are all qualified quantity surveyors and provide hands on support to the clients. In additional and as part of our ongoing development and training programs they provide the support and mentoring to the rest of the team when working with clients.
