The Point – KSA
The project comprises 43,000 square meters of retail, food and beverage, and entertainment, a 126 room 4-star business hotel and a 120 unit serviced apartment building. The retail component consists of three large family entertainment centers, several large anchors, large showrooms on the main street, varying sizes of restaurants and cafes, and a variety of smaller retail stores and kiosks. A dynamic water element as well as an outdoor amphitheater surrounded by cafes and retail create both a leisure and shopping destination.
